Los Angeles native, Samantha Raphael, founded "Winter Blues" with the intention of creating a pair of trend setting, great fitting, and comfortable jeans. Samantha began her mission after facing her first frigid winter following a move from the West Coast to Chicago. Growing up in a warm climate with the Hollywood style as her fashion muse, choosing between freezing and being unfashionable was just not an option. Determined to find a solution, this California girl turned her Winter Blues into something positive and that’s when "Winter Blues Jeans" was born.
