Daily Gratitude is great - you'd never know it's dark chocolate. It also has wonderful herbs in it that rebalance the adrenals so are great for people who are under stress ... and who isn't?

This chocolate may have all the right stuff/chemicals responsible for the buzz about chocolate and red wine are plant compounds bearing long and cumbersome names like polyphenols, flavonoids, and cyanidins. Most scientists simply use the name phenols. Plants make phenols to protect their cells from damage and disease (even sunburns). I want that protection.

It's totally yummy, Sandy - especially when you let it melt in your mouth, each of the flavors comes out individually and you can savor them ... like a mini-vacation!
