Turn On My Financial Lightbulb is small business self-help financial coaching. Their site is the place small business owners turn to when they need to understand what their financial statements are telling them (in English rather than accountingese), and they don't have time to take a three month bookkeeping class. Each session is about an hour and explains one critical financial segment of a small business - balance sheets, profit & loss statements, break even, pricing, tracking, and cash flow. After each session, participants do their homework and turn it in. They review the homework, and are available for help and questions.

After taking and completing the four sessions, business owners should be able to review financial statements, know what questions to ask when things don't look right, and spot minor issues before they become a major problem.
